Hi Patricia, thanks for reaching out. I did, it was a bit of a challenge I must say. Was on Chat with Bell for close to 50 minutes. Got redirected a few times. Ultimately got to someone who told me to go out and buy a new adapter myself, said the AC Adapter was an "accessory" and they couldn't replace it, but If my box wasn't working then they could replace that... So... I said well without the Adapter, the box doesn't work, so I guess you need to replace the box? Which is what they've decided to do, it's in the mail as I type. Really shouldn't have been that complicated to be honest, but it is what it is.
