Have also been having this problem for quite a while. Absolutely no browser on MacOS can show the images for tv.bell.ca. All browsers up-to-date, operating system as well.

It only works when I remove graphics hardware acceleration from the browser settings.

I can confirm that in order to display the picture you need to go to CHROME: SETTINGS - use the search for 'graphic' then toggle the 'use graphics acceleration when available' to off position - relaunch Chrome and the tv.bell.ca will now show the video and audio together. Screenshot 2025-02-02 at 10.32.42 AM.png

Hi there, @Dhilfi. Welcome to the Bell Community, and thanks for your post.

Are you able to share which device and browser you are using?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Yes. i am using Macbook Air. OS 14.1.2

Hi there @Dhilfi
Could you please try the suggestion listed in the thread?
"We've discovered that this appears to have something to do with the way the episode is being selected. If you go to the TV series and just hit Play at the top of your screen Autoplay should work."
Looking forward to hearing back how that goes.

So this is not the issue ...here try that;
login >>
From Fibe home page https://tv.bell.ca/home
Go to trending Live and try to play anything
will play audio but not video

OR
From guide
Filter by news (english lang for me)
Play
will play audio but not video

Hi there @Dhilfi
We would recommend clearing your browser cookies / cache. If this does not work, please check to make sure your browser is up to date. Additionally we would recommend trying another browser.

Hi there @Dhilfi
Could you please ensure that all your web-browsers are up to date on the latest firmware versions? Also, could you please ensure that your MAC operating system is updated to the latest version. Once they are all up to date, please try again and let us know how it goes.
Looking forward to hearing back.

I am surprised that you don't see the issue ...many people has that problem
you can view that online https://www.reddit.com/r/bell/comments/ud8wzb/tvbellca_on_google_chrome_not_working_using_a/?rdt=562...

Hi there @Dhilfi
For the Mac, you indicate that you are on version 14.1.2 which shows it was released in 2023. Online search results show there is an updated version "14.3.1" which was released in 2024. Is your Mac device showing that it is up to date with the latest version?
