Bell DishCare info

[25year customer Expressvu]

We have had Bell ExpressVu for over 25 years.  We pay a monthly fee for Dish Care.  Can someone please give me a link to the explanation and coverage this fee pertains to.  The last time I called for service the customer service rep said no I don't have coverage for a Satellite Receiver that does not work.  I feel that was wrong.

Page 4 & 5.  It's your "guardian angel", but doesn't cover acts of God.
