Bell Fibe TV app on Amazon Fire TV is showing channels 'not found'

2 things:
In the last couple weeks, the Bell Fibe app on my fire tv’s is showing trending content from the ‘last time’ the tv was on, not what’s actually current. Does anyone know why?
Also, it’s not recognizing popular channels like 1740 (comedy) 1010 (CBC) 274 (Game tv) for example. When keying these channels it says ‘not found’. What’s happening please.

Good Day.

Can you please provide us with some additional information?

Which Bell TV service do you subscribe to? Fibe TV Fibe TV App or Satellite TV. Are you experiencing this same issue on any other receivers or devices? Do you have a Bell modem? If so which model?

  1. Have you tried to do any troubleshooting?
  2. Have you powered your device completely off, waited 20-30 seconds, then powered it back on.
  3. Have you tried logging in to Fibe TV using a web browser? Home - Fibe TV Are you experiencing this same issue?
  4. If your Bell Fibe app on Firestick is not updating, start by checking for Firestick updates, restarting your device, and clearing the app's cache and data.
  5. If this issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fibe app.

Please check out the following weblink that I have provided. It includes a number of troubleshooting tips & tools.
