Bell Media has announced new bundles coming for Bell services.

According to the press release, "At launch, the new bundles provide savings for viewers when they combine services together, giving customers access to a vast selection of premium content, including HBO and Max Originals, Crave Originals, Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and TSN’s deep and diverse roster of live and on demand sports programming, and much more. Additional details about the bundle offers, including pricing and launch date, will be announced in the coming weeks."

In addition, "Bundle subscribers can enjoy programming on a variety of platforms and media players, depending on the bundle, including Crave.ca, Disneyplus.ca, TSN.ca, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Chromecast, Roku, select LG Smart TVs, and select Samsung Smart TVs."

@Wakka197 To be eligible to purchase Streaming services through Bell you must either be:

  1. An existing Bell Internet, Mobility, TV or Home phone customer or
  2. Purchasing Bell Internet, Mobility, TV and/or Home phone services with your subscription.

If you already have Crave, Netflix or Disney+ subscriptions, you must manage the existing subscription directly with the service provider to avoid duplicates when you subscribe through Bell.

If you have a pre-existing subscription, you remain responsible for its management directly with the provider.  Charges for your Bell subscriptions are billed to your Bell account.

When you activate your subscription through Bell, you can keep your watch history and viewing preferences by linking your existing account.

To purchase Streaming services through Bell, login to your MyBell account. Scroll down My services list. Select > Add services. Select > Subscriptions - Add streaming. This will open another window. Choose the streaming services you wish to add. Follow the prompts & instructions that are provided.

Hi. @User079 Crave & Netflix streaming plans are bundled as a package.. You cannot upgrade Crave without upgrading Netflix to premium as well.

If you wish upgrade Crave to Premium you will need to change your package from Crave, Netflix - Basic to Crave, Netflix - Premium.

  • Crave, Netflix - Basic = $16.75 / mo.
  • Crave, Basic - Premium = $36.00 / mo.

You could remove the Crave, Netflix Streaming bundle completely and subscribe to:

  • Crave Premium - Standalone =  $22.00 / mo. (Netflix would no longer be included as part of your Bell Streaming package.)

If you wish to change your plan:

  1. Log in to MyBell
  2. Select My services, then Subscriptions.
  3. Select Manage subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to manage, then select Change subscription.

 I was looking online and saw this new service will this be only on fibe only . Will it be on sat ? I figure I ask casue there is no question yet . Or work on the fibe app . So it looks intresting . Excited to see you guys are doing this service . It only in Ontario and Quebec . So thank you

Will say can’t wait to have a streaming service where it all in one . Will say I’ve seen Telus and they have it and so I’m been wondering , when bell do something like this .

I have subscribed to the Disney+ package but do jot k ow how to access or log into it? Do I have to cancel my original subscription I currently had?

Will keep in mind , when it comes to my area . Not just yet here . Too bad only Netflix and crave only on sat box casue I have wifi built into my bell sat box . , but have an Apple TV at least

Hi there,

I barely use Bell Fibe TV which is why I decided to go for the bundle. If I cancel Bell Fibe TV am I still able to keep the bundle I just purchased? I'm trying to find savings and I realized that I'm still paying for Bell Fibe when Crave is the channel I watched the most in the app. It's redundant and expensive.  Thanks.

Yes, you can cancel Fibe TV at any time, but you may incur an early cancellation fee if you are within a contract period. In order to be eligible to purchase the Crave, Netflix, Disney+ streaming services bundle with Bell, you must maintain an account. To qualify for the streaming services bundle:

  1. You need to be an existing Bell Internet, Mobility, TV or Home phone customer or
  2. If you are a new customer, you can purchase Bell Streaming services when you subscribe to Bell Internet, Mobility, TV and/or Home phone services.

Before you make any changes, I would suggest that you contact Bell Customer Service Accounts & billing. Please call: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or dial #611 from any Bell mobile device and follow their instructions, which may include returning any rented equipment.
