If I just got an Amazon fire stick, can I return my tv boxes and watch that way? Would save me about $16/month

Good Day.
I will do my best to try and answer your question with the limited information that you have provided. There are a number of ways that you may be able to reduce your costs; including the one that you mentioned.
Keep in mind that this is a community forum, a peer-to-peer website. As such, we do not have access to your account & records.
You did not mention which Bell TV service that you subscribe to? I will assume it is Fibe TV.
- Did you sign up recently as part of a package or promotion?
- Is you Fibe TV bundled with your Internet?
- Which Bell TV boxes are using to view Fibe TV? E.g. VIP7802, etc.
Here are two Bell TV options that you may wish to consider:
Bell Fibe TV - This includes Cloud PVR, Voice Control, Live and On Demand TV, etc.
Bell Fibe TV App - It gives you the flexibility to watch TV on more devices. E.g. Bell Streamer, Amazon Fire TV, etc. You do not require TV boxes. It is available to all Bell Internet customers only. It does not include the Cloud PV, etc. It is available in Standard and Premium packages.
If you are looking to reduce costs, it is best that you discuss the options I have mentioned above with a Bell Customer Service representative. They are far better equipped to accurately analyze your account based on what you have, what you need, pricing, & the programming included in each package.
Bell Customer Service Internet, TV, Home phone call: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.
As a starting point, you can reduce your Fibe TV costs immediately by contacting Bell & returning one TV box. You can use your Amazon fire stick to stream Bell Fibe on your other tv.
Thank you for contacting the Bell Community Forum.
I hope this information has been of some assistance to you.
Take care.
