Can I use voice commands through Firestick to navigate the Fibe TV app?

can I use voice command of the Amazon Fire stick to navigate my Bell TV app?

does it need to be setup ?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Bell community.
The Fire Stick voice command "Open Fibe TV app" will navigate you to the Fibe TV app, but from there it is all manual selection.

Does the Bell Fibe TV app on the Echo Show 15 allow voice commands for channel switching? I signed into my Bell Fibe account and tried to use it on the Echo Show 15....I could launch the app via voice. But I could only tune to one channel. Meaning I could get it to open CNN (I think I asked for the channel number 1500) but after that, any other channel I asked for it to open .... it would say it was doing it, and it looked like it was doing it, but it only showed the channel I was previously watching, CNN. I could change channels manually using the Fire remote, but not by my voice.

Same performance after I rebooted the Echo Show 15.

I called Amazon and they said VOICE COMMANDS ARE NOT SUPPORTED ON THE BELL FIBE APP ON THE ECHO SHOW 15.

(But then Alexa+ said voice commands to change channels IS supported)

Anyone using the Bell Fibe TV app with the Echo Show (2nd gen) and is able to change channels via voice command?
