Can't log into TSN app

According to the Bell Website I should have access to TSN streaming with my TV package.  When I try to log into the TSN app using my bell credentials it tells me incorrect username or password.  I can use that username and password to log into bell though.  Bell does have instructions to add your bill to your profile if TSN does not work, but I tried this and it tells me it is already added.  Anyone have any suggestions?

Have you added your TV service to MyBell. Have you added all of your Bell services in MyBell? E.g. Internet, mobility, etc. Have you set up One Bill on MyBell for your payments or are using Pre-authorized payments to pay your bill?  To use Bell media apps, your services need to be added to MyBell before you can use them. E.g.TSN, etc.

 Which device are you trying to use the TSN App on? Phone, tablet, computer.

How to use the TSN app on my phone or tablet

The TSN app is available on devices running iOS 14 or higher, and on Android devices running version 8.0 and higher.

Downloading the TSN app to your device

Alternatively,

  1. From the home screen on your device, select the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) icon.
  2. Select Search and type in “TSN”.
  3. Select the TSN application.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to download the application.

Using the TSN app

  1. Open the TSN app.
  2. Choose what you want to watch.
  3. When prompted or when signing in, select BELL as your TV service provider.
  4. Log in using your MyBell username and password. (Not registered for MyBell? Register now).

Note: if you cannot access the app, it may mean that your Bell TV service has not been linked to your MyBell profile. Learn how to link your Bell TV account to your MyBell profile.

Yes, thank you!  I am embarrassed to admit how simple my problem was.  On my screen I could only see the log in with password option and tried linking my account (was already done) and all the other tips I found online.  The one thing I didn't think to do was scroll down further.  I couldn't see the option to log in through provider just due to where my screen cut off, and didn't think to scroll below.  Thank you, it works fine when I log in that way 🙂
