Recently my Bell Fibe TV app guide switched on its own from 12hr to 24hr time. How do I change it back to 12hr time?

Good Day.
Thel Fibe TV Guide clock settings are taken from the device that you are viewing the Fibe TV app on.
Can you please provide the community with further details? You mentioned that your clock changed from 12hr to 24hr. Which device are you using to access the Bell Fibe App? Computer, tablet, mobile device, tablet, etc.
Close the Fibe TV app. Verify your clock settings on your device & turn the 24-Hour Time button to off.
For example, on an Apple iPhone or iPad, you would go to Settings > General > Date & Time > Turn off 24-Hour Time. Now open up the Fibe TV app & your Guide will have the 12 hr clock.
There are similar clock setting for all computers, mobile devices, tablets, etc. Please refer to your manufacturer support documentation.
Take care.

Thanks. I use an Amazon Firestick. Your instructions worked except the Firestick had to also be restarted in order for the Bell App to change from 24hr to 12hr.

I have one of two responses.
- When you open guide it will be default open at the current time as set in your fire stick OS settings.
- Settings are on the home line available on the fire stick home page. On the far right you will find a profile icon with a little gear in the bottom right
- Below this settings icon
- Choose preferences.
- 3 from the bottom is time zone
- In interior you choose North American eastern daylight time. I believe it switches automatically.
Now if you were using the now returned restart feature which is also on the streamer and also the fire stick
- If you have moved to the left to find a restart
- In a very tiny font crowded on the grid screen there are two text instructions
- When you want to restart "T restart scroll left, go to content with the Restart icon and press OK"
- Once you have scrolled left the instructional prompt says "Press the Back button,to go back to the current time. Press it a second time to return to the menu"
I hope this helps. If not describe what exactly is the time. The guide after restart or the actual time on the fire stick
Hope this helps
Ask if this doesn't help

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
The question you raise can be interrupted in two different ways.
Firestick Preference - Time Zone
- The time displayed on the Fibe TV app is taken from the time zone preferences stored in the Firestick settings. To set the time on your Firestick, navigate to Settings > Preferences > Time Zone and select your desired time zone. You can also access the settings by pressing and holding the Home button on your remote. Once you've selected your time zone, the Firestick will automatically adjust the time.
Firestick - Fibe TV Guide
- To change the Fibe TV Guide channel time for Viewing, Playback, Restart, Recording, etc., Select > Guide with the centre Navigation button, circle. Select your channel by scrolling up or down with the large, shiny Navigation ring on the Amazon Fire TV remote. It acts like the arrow keys on a computer keyboard, allowing you to move up, down, left, or right within the on-screen menus. The flat black button in the center of the circle is the "ENTER" or "Select" button. You can now move forward, or backwards on the channel selected to view, play, record or restart a program. The Go back button on your remote will take you to the previous screens at any time. Depending on what you selected to view, you may need to go back x2 to return to the Guide. To change the current guide time & channel, use the navigation ring and centre circle to make your selection.
Take care.
