The Fibe TV App on my Hisense Google TV is not loading any streams. The App opens with no issues and I can see the channel guide and everything works, but when you select something to play - It flash a black screen for a couple of seconds and then goes back to the selection screen. This has worked with no issues for the last year and everything else works fine. YouTube, Netflix, Disney, Plex, all load and work fine to watch anything with no issues
I have uninstall and reinstalled - cleared cache - I have done just about everything short of resetting the TV to factory defaults - oh and the TV is connected by ethernet and not Wifi
Anyone know if their are logs that can be generated or accessed to see if something is crashing?
I am pretty good with most tech stuff, but this has me stumped
Anyone see this before and have a suggestion?

Thanks for your question. How are you accessing the internet? Bell fibre or another provider? Have you downloaded the latest version of the Fibe TV app? Is that causing the problem?

Hi @Nkm88
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Have you checked to ensure your television firmware is up to date?
Have you attempted to uninstall the Fibe TV app from your television and reinstall it?
Is your television connected via Wi-Fi or ethernet connection and have you tested both to see if the issue persists?
Looking forward to hearing back.

Hi there @Frank77
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Are you able to share which television model number you have and what firmware version you have?
Does this happen on all channels, specific channels?
Does this occur with On Demand content?
Looking forward to hearing back.

Hi there @Frank77
Thanks for the information. We'd like to investigate into this further, but we'll require the model number of the television. You should be able to find this information on a sticker located on the back of the television.

Hi @Frank77
Can you clarify what you had meant by it returns you back? When the screen goes black and takes you 'back', is it taking you back to the guide or somewhere else?

I don't think that's it necessarily. I didn't have that problem with my Pixel 6 nor my new pixel 10. I can use the fibe tv app on my phone with no issues and cast on to the TV.

Casting does work but that launches a completely different app to be clear I meant Google TV devices
