Am having a problem with "Subject", A
After the major Fibe Tv outage in Ontario and Quebec on May 14 starting in the afternoon PBS in Buffalo (1224) started showing closed captions . I have checked all of the settings on my TV , Sony , less than a year old , and all settings show "Captions Off".
This only happens on this one channel i.e WNED PBS Buffalo , and on no other station !
Talked to both TECH's , PBS in Buffalo and Fibe , in Philippines and both blame each other
Anyone got any suggestions
Again , all settings on FIBE show , Close Captions' off !

Exactly the same with me--went through exactly same process, contacted PBS too. Please tell me they have addressed this issue. What is happening with Bell???? First the major server outage and now this????

Problem was fixed this AM , Thu. May 16. WNED Buffalo most helpful , 3 BELL Tech's in Philippines assured me that it was not Bell's problem !!!....but it is fixed.
