I use to have Crave. But when I tried to log on it said get a subscription. As far as I know that I am stilling paying for crave. Everytime I contact Crave or Bell they explain to me how to log on like I am a idiot. Maybe the simple thing to do is just to cancel Bell altogether I don't know.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community.

Which Bell Mobility plan do you subscribe to? Did you recently activate or upgrade to one of Bell's new unlimited Ultimate plans that included Crave Basic? If so, Crave would have been included free as part of the promotion.

Cell Phone Plans: Mobility Options| Bell Mobility | Bell Canada

I have included the details related to the Crave promotion in the following weblink. The instructions for activating and linking your Bell Mobility and Crave accounts are included.

Crave Mobile Offer | Promotions | Bell Mobility

You can confirm what is included in your mobility plan by:

  1. Logging in to your MyBell account.
  2. Select your Mobility service. Select > Go to Mobility overview.
  3. This will take you to a web page that includes your Plans, add-ons & travel details.
  4. Select > Plan & add-on details.

You can also verify your mobility plan by reviewing your Bell Mobility agreement. The full details of what is included with your mobility plan are included in this document. To access your Mobility agreement:

  1. Log in to MyBell account. Select > My Profile. Select > MyBell. Scroll down & Select > Services.
  2. Your agreement is on the right side of the page at the top, below your Mobile number.

Up until tonight since November, I could watch my linked subscription through Bell of Crave with ads on my TV through my Amazon Firestick streaming device.
I go to watch my show on Crave and tonight it says I need a subscription. I go to my Bell app and it says Crave is linked like it always is. I go to Crave.ca and Crave works fine on my cell. I want to watch on my TV screen like usual, not on my phone. What is going on please??

Good Day.

Which model of Firestick do you have? Please verify that your Amazon Firestick is still compatible with the Crave app.

Due to recent changes, the following Amazon Firestick devices are no longer supported by the Crave app:

  • Fire TV Stick (Gen 1) - AFTM
  • Fire TV (Gen 3) - AFTN

If Crave isn't working on your Amazon Fire Stick, ensure your device is updated, your account settings are correct (set to Canada), and try restarting the Fire Stick. If the issue persists, consider clearing the app's cache, reinstalling the app, or checking for any parental controls that may be restricting access.

The following is a complete list of the Amazon Fire TV devices that no longer support the Crave App:

A Crave subscription came with new on mobile phone / plan, but subscription is not connected to My Bell.
I am trying to sign into Crave app via Firestick on my tv, but the QR code which takes me to provider, and I select Bell. When I sign it it says You do not have a TV subscription linked to your account. I think it is connected to my mobile number but I don’t know how to link the two.

TIA

Go to the crave website and it’ll give you an option to activate account through provider do that

I just have the exact issue today with my Bell account. I have FibeTV and I was trying to log into crave on my TV since I got booted off everything. When I signed into Bell using my email and my login, someone else's credentials were on my screen. I quickly logged out. I have a screenshot of the other person's information. Not sure how Bell can accidentally link 2 different unrelated people's account.

Good Day.

Thank you for posting your question. The problem you are describing is definitely not a normal situation. Can you please provide us with some further information. Please tell us more. New subscription? Ongoing problem? Etc.

  5. Is your Crave subscription linked to a Bell Mobility / Crave offer? Crave Mobile Offer | Promotions | Bell Mobility

Based on the limited information you have provide:

  2. If you are using the Fibe TV app or Crave App, on a tablet, mobile phone, streamer, Firestick, etc. log out, close the apps & restart your device & close the apps.
  3. If you are using a Bell TV receiver, box, etc., please login to your MyBell account & verify Bell TV subscription. Select your TV service. Select > View channel lineup. Verify Crave is listed as an Additional package.

Hi,

I have FibeTV. When I tried to log onto Crave, a QR code was displayed and I used my phone to scan the code. When the Bell account login popped up on my phone, I used my email and password to log in but the account information is not the one I recognize. It's not an email or name I know. I then tried to change the email thinking there was a glitch but I obviously don't have the password to do so because it's not my account information. I freaked out, took a screenshot and logged off. My crave subscription is tied to my FibeTV offer. From the looks of it, FibeTV is linked to the correct account and Crave is logged into the correct account. I haven't tried to contact Bell Customer service because they don't have an email that I can write to. I don't have time to sit on a call during their business hours. If anything, I'm more shocked that I was able to see the details of another account that I am not connected to.

Good Day.

Thank you for the information that you have provided. As you know, this is a peer-to-peer website. As such, we do not have access to your account & billing records.

You should be able to confirm your Bell Fibe TV subscription and associated programming, including streaming services on your MyBell account.

Based on the limited information you have provided, it is unclear to me which Crave subscription you have enrolled & subscribed to. Crave can be added to your account as a Streaming service or as an Additional package in Movies & Series on MyBell.

For further assistance, I would suggest that you contact Bell Customer Service Fibe & Fibe TV app account support. The Customer Service representative is in a better position to assist solving your account issues. Please call: 1 866 797-8686

Take care.

I was gifted a basic Crave to enjoy for as long as I have a mobility service. I have activated it and enjoyed for about two months and now it doesn’t work anymore. Why?
