Crave tv tells me “this video is not available in your region” . I am in Canada and have watched every episode of Game of thrones but now won’t play the last two episodes. Contacted Crave and made sure no vpn but still not working.

Hi there @Lionell
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Are you able to share what device (make and model) you are using to access Crave?
Have you tried rebooting your equipment?
Are you subscribed directly through Crave or through your Bell TV subscription?
Looking forward to hearing back.

Hi, So I was using a Fire TV stick to access Crave and was subscribed to Crave via my Bell account.
I contacted Bell and figured out I could access Crave via the Bell Fibe TV app and was able to finish Game of Thrones.
We have another TV - Hisense Roku that has Crave pre-installed and can’t get programming for the same reason, so it isn’t unique to the Fire TV.
For some reason Crave works on the Bell Fibe TV but thinks we are out of the country when accessed on the other two.
I tried rebooting the system, uninstalling / reinstalling Crave app and making sure no VPN used that might make it think we are not in Canada.
I’m stumped!

Hi Alex
I did a modem reboot as part of my troubleshooting with Crave Tech Support. They concluded it was an issue with Bell.

Looking forward to hearing back.
