Does Crave come installed on the 9400 receiver?

Does crave come installed on bell 9400 ? Casue my did not only Netflix . do you have to download it and connect to internet to get it .

I have a 9241 and I can access Crave content on the Bell TV On Demand by going to channel 1000.

Crave™ is available on receiver models 9241, 9400, 9500 or 7500 (check the front of your receiver for the model number) connected to high-speed Internet (2 Mbps download speed or faster).

Customers with a 9241 or 9400 receiver will need an Internet connector to access the on-demand content. Learn more about Internet connectors.

I will for sure sometimes things are not installed on boxes . Service been great . From what I’ve seen in forum there been a lot of problems bell is going thru . It there Fibe and streaming services it seems it is going to be happening . It something to see past while .
