Does Streamer access PVR recordings?

The Bell Fibe website shows the Streamer as way to get the Bell Fibe app on additional TVs, but all the interface screenshots I've seen for it are lacking a Recordings section like the Fibe app on other devices (Apple TV, Fire Stick, etc). Given that the Streamer seems to be the main device for the Fibe TV App service (which does not allow recordings), does that mean that when paired with a standard Fibe TV subscription, it will not allow access to the PVR recordings the same way other devices are?

I have two Bell Streamers and they can access recordings no matter you have 5662 or 7802. The recordings option will appear at the end of the list. The screenshots you can see probably are all from the Fibe TV app pack/ALT TV.
