Does the Bell streamer have HD?

Bell customer service and Bell technicians don’t agree on this topic. Does anyone here have a bell streamer? Do you only get standard definition channels with Bell Streamer? Service and loyalty say yes but techs say no. After several calls taking hours of time I still don’t have HD and neither agree on a solution. They just transfer me back and forth.

And another question on the Bell Streamer.

Does it have the ability to record and store content online like the 7802 does? I can see that is shows "recordings" on the home screen but don't know whether that would be on the onboard 8GB storage or the PVR online storage.

Good Day.

The Bell Streamer can not record & store content like the VIP7802.  It can access recordings. The recordings option will appear at the end of the list.

Take care.
