I cannot find a way to remove Bell access to my login information for Netflix and Amazon Prime Video subscriptions that is recorded in my Bell account TV somehow. It asked me for that 'automatic login' information at the first instance and all was good. Now I am returning the TV equipment and need to have that information removed. Is there a way to do that with Bell or do I simply need to 'only' do it by changing my Netflix and Amazon Video accounts independently?

Good Day.
The proper method to complete this task is for you to login to your Netflix & Prime Video accounts using any web browser. This will allow you to sign out of and deauthorize the devices you wish to remove from your account.
Please follow the instructions that I have included below:
Netflix
- Login to Netflix account using any web browser. Select > Account. Select > Manage Access and Devices. Select > The devices you wish to Sign out.
Prime Video
- Log in to your Amazon account. Scroll down the Account list. Select > Devices. Select > Prime Video. This will open up a list of devices that are authorized. Select > The devices you wish to Deregister.
Thank you for posting your question.
Take care.
