same here

Has anyone encountered error 1009f/17C4?

Hi there @User253 @marcof123 @Pottermore
Thank you for your posts.
Are you able to share which device / receiver you are using that you're getting this error code on?
Can you also share the make and model of the device (if on a tablet or phone) and if on a device, is the software up to date along with the Fibe TV app?
Looking forward to hearing back.

I got the same message and I am on a Apple TV A1625

is there a solution to this error? It seems I get a new error 50% of the time on the Fibe TV app

Been getting similar errors for ever on my Apple TV. Only app that is soooo touchy and requires a complete restart of Apple TV to clear. Please fix as I'm tired of having to wait while the restart finishes. ty

Did you find resolution to this issue. I am watching via Apple TV

Any update? My Fibe TV app just started this also.  Won’t let me watch any channel.  Nothing has changed in my config for more than a year, so it must be a software update to the Fibe Apple TV app that has caused it.

I tried that.  Also deleted and reinstalled the Fibe app, disconnected and reconnected HDMI cables, etc. - error is still there 100% of the time.

Hi there @JDHodge

Thank you for your post.

Can you try rebooting your Apple TV and the modem? Unplug both for around 30 seconds, then power everything back up and try again.

If the error still appears you can also factory reset your Apple TV.

Let us know how everything is going.

@BellPatricia

Thanks for the followup.  I just went back to check on it, and the issue appears to be resolved.  I hadn't touched anything for 24 hours, and didn't try these other things you suggested.  Not sure if coincidentally there was a software update for TVOS, or the Fibe app, but glad it resolved!
