When I try to access Bell Fibe TV on my desktop, I get the error message shown below.
Phone help was useless. The same error occurs with Firefox, Chrome, and Edge, so it's not browser related. All other devices are off, so nothing else is accessing Bell Five TV.
Any ideas???

Lets try this. Go to your settings in Edge. Reset Edge to defaults. Clear your Privacy, Search & services Browser Data. Eg. Cache, cookies. etc.
Reboot your system. Open your browser. If you still have a problem, you can do one of two things. 1. Do a repair on Edge or a complete uninstall..\ If this does not work after reboot, I suspect you have a corrupt Windows file. You may need to da a repair in Windows. Eg. Run scannow /sfc

I have the same issue ! What a pain ! I get specific channels blocked. (Channel 1506 E.G.) I get a Bell Error Message: "You must be connected to Bell Fibe to watch", and I am connected! In fact, if i turn off my VPN i do get the channel that is blocked. I am puzzled because I can watch the missing channel, ( that am not allowed to view on my laptop), on my iPhone, with no issues. What gives? Bell response through Chat Service was useless. I have asked for the issue to be escalated, but got no acceptance. Bell claims they don't support any 3rd party VPN, yet it works in most cases and iPhone. I am constantly turning my VPN on & off to watch Bell Fibe on my laptop. Thx S.

You need to contact your vpn company. It’s a grey legal area on the copyrights matters.

As I said earlier, my VPN company (CyberGhost) said that they do not yet support Bell's streaming services. You may get a different response from your company.
