Hi @Mistermark
The first and easiest thing you can try is reboot your iPad and if that doesn’t work, delete the fibe tv app and reinstall it.
try that and let us know if it works.

yay! Tried the reboot but hadn’t thought of app reinstall. That did the trick. Thanks!

Excellent!! Although the re-install didn’t solve my video problem it gave me a clear error message (1003) that I was able to fix in 30 seconds! Previously it was just spinning with no error message or indication of what the problem was.

Hi @A-La-Mode
Happy to hear you resolved your problem. I’m curious how you fixed the 1003 error message so quickly?

When I reinstalled the latest version gave me a clear error code saying:
“The maximum number of devices associated with
your account has been reached. Please go to the
My Devices tab in the application settings to
manage them. (1003)”
I found my phone had somehow been listed twice along with another device I didn’t recognize. Deleted them both, kept the good devices listed et voilà !!

Hi, I’m having trouble with my Fibe Tv app on my iPad as well - if I uninstall the app and reinstall it do I lose all recorded and download content? Anyone know for sure?

No. Your account details and recorded shows are on the server, not the app. So once you re-install and log back into your account all your shows will still be there.
