I have Bell Fibe TV 16.0.2.59731 app installed on Fire TV. I just verified that it is working & that it is also available for download this morning.
Here are some suggestions that may assist you:
- Have you checked the App store recently?
- Can you access any other apps in the store?
- Verified connection to the internet?
- Have you rebooted your TV?
- Have you also verified that your Fire TV is up to update with the most current software?
Please keep us posted & let us know if we can provide some further assistance.

Hi Patricia,
I received a separate e-mail from Bell advising me to log onto my Amazon account, go to Manage Content and Devices and make sure my Region was set to Canada. I did this (I previously had no Region set) and it worked. I am up and running. Thank you. Greg

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Which model of Fire TV Stick do you have? Are you able to download the Fibe TV app on any other device?
Are you logged in to your Amazon account? If so, go to Manage Content and Devices and make sure your Region is set to Canada.
If this does not not resolve your issue, I would reommend that you reboot your Fire Stick device. Then upon start-up and before launching any other app, follow the steps below to download the Bell Fibe TV app,
- Connect the Amazon Fire TV stick to the HDMI port on the TV
- Select Apps on the home page
- Scroll down and select Categories
- Select Entertainment
- Search and select Bell Fibe TV app
Let us know how everything goes.
Take care.

I have a month old Bell Whole Home service with a Gigabit Hub. I bought a new Gen 3 Fire Stick that I just activated and updated. I was able to use it to download apps from the App Store and I have watched a couple of shows. I think that covers 1-3 & 5. I just upgraded my TV firmware, which I did not even know was possible, it is not a smart TV. That should cover 4. What else is there? It is an older TV (Samsung), is it possible that it just can't do it? Model UN39EH5003F.

Hi there @Isagani,
Welcome to the Bell Community.
Are you getting an error message when you download the Bell Fibe TV app?
If you continue to have any trouble you can factory reset your device, and then test to see if you are able to download the Bell Fibe TV app.
Keep the Community posted,

I have four new fire sticks, 4k. None of them will download Bell fibe TV app. The app is there, but it says unavailable instead of download now. I even tried a reset, still unavailable???

Hi @sunbum,
That's very interesting, thank you for letting us know. Can you share a photo of what you see on your screen when you try to download the Bell Fibe TV app?
Have you noticed issues when you try to download any other apps on your Fire TV Sticks?
We recommend that you restart your Fire TV Stick and your modem by unplugging both power sources for around two minutes, then plug everything back in.
If you continue to have any trouble you can also try a Factory reset on your Fire TV Sticks, and test to see if that resolves everything.
Please keep us posted,
- Patricia

I was wondering if you could help me. I have the Amazon Fire TV and when I try and add the Bell Fibe app it says it’s unavailable. I tried rebooting and made sure I was logged into my Amazon.ca account. What else could it be? Thanks
