I only use Fibe tv app and not the satellite. If I was to move my current satellite subscription to the minimum would I lose fibe tv app channels? This is in Alberta where we can't subscribe without a satellite subscription.

The Fibe tv App is considered a part of the Bell Satellite TV programming package that  is included with your Satellite TV subscription. Eg. Good, Better, & Best.

There will not be any change in your ability to continue to use the Fibe tv App. Your biggest change will be in what channels you can watch. This is governed by the program package you have selected.

You can view the channels for each package on the Bell Satellite TV website.
