Problem with the Fibe remote to retrieve and undo the guide. Tv shows are not restarting.

Which TV receiver or device are you using to access Bell Fibe TV? Please explain exactly what it is you are experiencing a problem with?
I have attached the tutorial that will explain the Restart functions use & operation on Bell Fibe TV.

Thanks for your concern. The first thing to check is the batteries in your remote. A simple change of batteries can often resolve issues as you report. I find it helpful to keep an inexpensive battery tester around to check battery condition, too. And always send used batteries to your local hazardous or electronic waste recycling. Looking forward to further conversation.
