Hello,
I wanted to watch "North Shore" episode 1 on Sunday night to get over my Lions loss and noticed the frame rate of the program looks like a video instead of a filmic look. Could the frame rate be wrong? 29.97 fps instead of the North American rate of 23.98? I noticed this sometimes happens with foreign originated productions when the image conversion isn't corrected for North American broadcasts.
Thanks,
SJY

Hi there @SJY
We inquired with our support and this is not something within our control. The show is filmed in Australia and they most likely have a different film frame rate.

Hi there @SJY
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Was this on live television or through On Demand and are you still experiencing issues with the frame rate?
What device are you using to attempt to watch the content?
Looking forward to hearing back.

Hello BellNick,
I saw this on demand and what I recorded live on Sunday night. All other programs are fine. My Bell Fibe reciever is 4K. https://www.bell.ca/fibe-tv/promotions/4k-receiver (please see image on webpage). I am watching on a Sony Bravia television. I also watched on Craves website on my laptop with the same results. All other programs are fine.
