Free preview channels not working

Free previews this month include bravo, HGTV and T&E from sept. 01. As of September 6, they are still not working for me.

Are you subscribed with the Bell Fibe TV app? If you use the Streamer (or other device), you should reboot it after adding the channels. If they still don't show up, log into My Bell and have an online chat with support.

have you tried contacting an agent online or called  them for help?

Yes hello why is the bravo free preview channel 1411 not working but the other free preview channels are

How are you accessing the Bravo 1411? I have you just verified that is working on Bell Fibe TV & the Fibe TV app. on channel 1411. Which TV receiver are you using?

Have you verified that it has been added to your channel list in your Menu and Guide settings? You may need to add Channel 1411. Select > Settings. Menu and guide. Select > Customize guide. Choose channel. Follow the prompts. & save. remove

The instructions I have provided are for the VIP 5662W & VIP2502.

I have included the following web link to assist you in Customizing the TV Channel Guide. Select your remote. Select > Step-by-step tutorials. The instructions to Customize the Guide are included in a tutorial.

I’m not getting any of the free previews

For the Bell Community to be better able to assist, could you please take the time to review the following questions and provide further info?

  • Could you please share which television service you subscribe to and which receiver model you have?
  • Have you tried rebooting all your equipment (receiver and modem)?
  • Are you experiencing any other channels issues or just missing the free previews?
  • Are they missing from your guide or are they indicating you're not subscribed?

Why is it I cannot access a free preview Channel. Every time I go to it it says that I have to pay first. Thank you.

Which Bell TV service do you subscribe to? Bell Fibe TV or Bell Satellite TV? Which TV package do you subscribe to? Which receiver or device are you using to access the Free Preview Channels?

In order to access the Free Preview Channels on Bell, you must be logged in to your MyBell account. If the channels are not listed on your Fibe TV Guide, you will need to customize your guide & add the stations you wish to view.

I wanted to check in and make sure you are able to access the Free Preview channels.

If you are still having trouble after trying @WelshTerrier's suggestions please try rebooting your equipment as well.
