Thanks for your reply.
That's what happened 2 years ago when I subscribed to an unlimited plan.
Now I upgraded my phone and subscribed to a different, but still unlimited, plan. The "+ Crave Basic on us" in my new plan's name, tells me I should have a Crave subscription, but I didn't receive any email or text message related to it; so I thought that it got automatically renewed (which didn't happen).
I think I have no other choice but to call the customer service (I try to avoid that as much as possible).
