How to access On Demand with Satellite TV

How do I access on demand on a 9241 receiver when I click on it I get error message that data is not available

In order for the Community to help we need a bit more information.
 

  • Please share a photo of the error message with the Community so we can check it out.
  • Is this occuring on more than one receiver in your home?
  • What steps do you take to access On Demand.
  • Have you tried rebooting your receiver?
  • How is your receiver is connected to the internet?
