Hi @Reeves, welcome to the Bell Community.

Can you share the make and model of your receiver?
If you are using a compatible receiver, you can set up dual mode and use the receiver with two TVs.
For more information we invite you to check out What are the Single and Dual Modes on my Bell Satellite TV receiver and how do I use them?Opens in a new tab or window

Have a great day.

Have a great day.

First off I am a new subscriber to Bell Satellite TV so if this is a dumb question please excuse me. There doesn't seem to be a tutorial anywhere that deals with my problem.

I have Bell Satellite TV with 2 Whole Home PVRs and 1 Satellite receiver connected.  The PVRs show up as Tuner 1 and Tuner 2.

If I set Tuner 1 to record a program it is recording it on both tuners.  If I try to switch the channel away on Tuner 2 it tells me ”This will interrupt Tuner 1”, so I seem to be stuck watching the program I am recording on Tuner 1.

What am I doing wrong?

My Receiver is a 9500 model that only has single mode capability.

I have a Bell 6400 receiver with an external hard drive. Can I record a program on one channel while watching a different channel
