I have been experiencing a jittery picture on two 6131 receivers. It's most noticeable watching TSN football games or tennis. I've adjusted my dish and I have a 92% signal on satellite 91 and transponder 13. I also have a 9241 receiver and the picture is normal on it so it seems to be a problem specific to the 6131 receivers. In the spring I had a similar problem with the 9241 where the temporary fix was to tune to the CPAC channel 512 and then back to the station you were watching and the jittering would go away. That temporary fix has no affect on the 6131 receiver.

Definitely not resolved on numerous channels. TSN still seems okay but many others are not.

So Bell nick, this has been going on for months. When is this going to get fixed and when are the customers that are on satellite going to be reimbursed for poor quality I'd appreciate an answer as soon as possible sincerely

Theday went to watch the NFL on channel 800 pic was brutal. My question is .when will it get fixed and when will we get a credit for poor service. This has been going on since late spring

Agreed...I am close to just moving to a different platform, and I have no desire to attempt to contact support again, as that was a painful experience as they have no concept of this issue, even when pointing them to this forum. I am not going to "adjust my dish", "reboot my receiver", "wait for the weather to change". There is a decoding or other technical issue at Bell's end or with the 6141 (and other) models. I will say that my ch 1400 still seems to be okay - which used to be very problematic. I thought they had resolved it back then, but not for all channels it seems.
@BellNick what is the update - haven't heard back since your September posting acknowledging the issue and that Bell was able to replicate the issue at their end.

I've done all the troubleshooting and then I changed my quad lnb in the summer since it was a replacement done by a bell teck a few years back. Thought it was the issue. No difference. They're putting in fiber in the neighborhood may wait for a bit then switch and of course all new hardware .Maybe Pat Foran on cp24 could help(just joking)

- Watching Bnn the banner is pixelated at times , no because of weather, sky is clear. Also various channels ie-1400,800,1568.

Yes, that matches what others are seeing as well. @BellNick indicates Bell is aware and working on it. It would be great if Bell would offer some compensation/credits to all of us who are experiencing this issue as it has been going on for a significant amount of time now.

again tonight watching horrible picture with football game. i think the only solution is to get a new receiver which bell has been unresponsive to my requests. will call tech line again tomorrow
