Museum TV CH 1630 on Fibe TV service has disappeared

Museum TV -- 1630 on my Fibe TV service--has disappeared -- why? I paid for it when I agreed to be a Bell customer

Thank you for letting us know. The Museum TV web site says it is still on 1630 on Bell, Fibe TV. Try rebooting your receiver and adding it as a favourite channel.

 Museum TV channel 1630 is available on Bell Fibe TV. Please login to your MyBell account and select your TV service. Select >  View channel line-up. Select > View all of my channels. Scroll through the list of subscribed channels. If channel 1630, Musuem TV, is not listed, this station can be added. Select > Modify channels. You can now do a search for Channel 1630 or you can Select > the à la carte section to add Museum TV -1630 to your Fibe TV subscription. Follow the onscreen prompts to add this station to your account.

If channel is listed as a subscribed channel on your account, please, reboot your receiver by unplugging it from the power source.; wait. 20 seconds; then plug your receiver back in to the power source.
