PVR error: Data not available.

I am trying to excess my PVR and I am getting an error message. It says unable to access this feature at this time: Data not available

I ended up talking to a bell technician and we determined my PVR is done and bell is sending me a new receiver.

Are you trying to get to your pvr hard drive . Casue that be bad casue you seem to have a problem then.

That what I was thinking pvr casue I know hard drive can come up error. Yeh not good

I can't access any of the pvr buttons. I cant pause live tv or record anything... its says data not available

Which Bell TV service do you have Fibe or Satellite? Which model of PVR? Have you tried to reboot your receiver? If this does not resolve your issue, you may need to contact Bell TV.
