My account has issues. First my app and account online. I can't do anything. If i try to remove a receiver i get an error. If I try to synchronize channels i get an error. I really can't do anything. Ive neexed help over the last while whith technical support. Half the time i contact them they say my account shows as in active so they need to transfer me to level 2.i needed a replacement receiver, bell processed the transaction 3 times however I never received a receiver. I had to contact bell 5 times just to activate a receiver. Thankfully they finally just sent a tech and he was somehow able to call. His bell contact who got it to work and he brought me a receiver to exchange. Now mybell app and online aren't showing the 2 receivers that were added to my account. Im just curious if others are having issues.

How much time shouit take? Its been a month and my account still doesn't acknowledge the change.

How many receivers do you currently have, and are there any receivers visible in your MyBell profile at all? Are all of the receivers that you have in your home working?
Please keep us posted, we're here to help if you are still having trouble viewing the receivers in MyBell.

I have 6 active receivers on my account and 1 inactive receiver. My bell account shows 5 active receivers and 1 inactive receiver. However 1 active receiver showing has been returned to bell as i got a replacement. The replacement receiver isn't showing and another 1 that was added to my account isn't showing. I also can't do anything witbin the app. I can't synchronize channels, i cant deactivate or remove receivers. Also cant add orr activate receivers. I need to contact support to do anything and even when i contact them its hit or miss if they can help. Often they say my account is showing inactive even though its not so they need to send me to level 2 support. All my receivers are working at least so that isn't an issue. However i really stuggled to get that replacement receiver they said they sent it twice however they couldn't provide a tracking number and nothing came. Also couldn't active a receiver i purchased. In the end they sent a service tech to bring me a replacement receiver and take my old one. He was also able to activate both but all that shouldn't have needed a service call.

- Another weird thing. Receivers aren't showing properly on mybell app or bell online. However they almost show up properly in the Fibe tv app. In the fibe tv app all my active receivers show up however the receiver that was returned to bell still ahows up as well.
