Do I get the most out of my new OLED 4K TV set using VIP2262 receiver ?

You should check the following settings in your VIP2262 receiver.

Select your Menu button on your remote control. Scroll down to Settings > Scroll down to Audio & Visual. > Select > TV Resolution setting. Set this for HD1080p. Test & save this change. Select > Digital audio output & set this to Surround sound. Test this and save.

Any other TV video & sound setting improvements that you wish to make to maximize your viewing experience would come about from within your TV's audio & video settings. and / or from your external sound source if you have one. Eg. Sound bar, speakers, etc.

It depends on what TV and channels you have. If it’s premium and they are 4k, not really.
