When I press the guide it is not accurate to the timing of the shows e.g. its 4:30 pm and it shows a show that starts at 5:00 pm on the channel

Toggle forward on the menu until you see the update screen, and run the update.

With the tv guide casue it not showing what on now but showing what Ahead and it is not fun . I have things taped for today and want to know will it tape

Sigh. Yes, it’s doing it again. 😢. So frustrating. I’ve reset the receiver which very temporarily fixed the guide, but within half an hour it was out again. Been through this a few times now with the guide.

ah yes, currently there is an outage happening and is being fixed as we speak.Estimated clearing time is within 24 hours. I will forward your TV account now to the back office for it to be checked as well and to expedite the resyncing of service.
