Satellite HD Receiver Guide program timing is off

When I press the guide it is not accurate to the timing of the shows  e.g. its 4:30 pm and it shows a show that starts at 5:00 pm on the channel

Mine is not showing proper time either and takes me to PVR screen...frustrating

Will it automatically resolve once its fixed at Bells end? Or will we have to do anything or still call in?

In a different thread, it said should fix in 24hrs it is a  known issue

My 9241 satellite receiver is doing the same thing all day today.  I unplugged it while at work today, no different when it came back on. Can only change channels manually. Very frustrating.

I’m having the same issue all day today. I’ve tried resetting the receiver three times, resetting the remote control, and syncing my channels. Obviously I’m not the only one having issues.

I have the same problem. Downloaded the latest programming, rebooted the receiver a couple of time, but did not resolve the issue.
Anyone from Bell posting a resolution to the problem? Any suggestions?

I am having the same issue. I cannot use the guide to change channels, times are wrong, shows aren’t correct. This is on my pvr. I cannot record any shows
