Satellite HD Receiver Guide program timing is off

When I press the guide it is not accurate to the timing of the shows  e.g. its 4:30 pm and it shows a show that starts at 5:00 pm on the channel

Thanks for the update. I've tried everything and the tv guide time is still one hour ahead.

I suggest you reboot your receiver. You don't say what receiver model you have, but unplugging the receiver, leaving it for 5 minutes and then plugging it in again does the same thing.

I'm having the same issue.  Chatted with rep this a.m. who suggested removing/reinserting card.  Fixed it for a bit but back to the same problem, time is ahead by an hour and cannot change channels using the guide.  When I press PVR on the remote the My Recordings screen comes up but no listings.  Contacted Bell Support and a ticket has been opened with the back office.  Tech will contact by phone to follow up.  Anyone ever had a call back from Bell tech support?

Thought that too BUT all it does is send me to page to change update time

Same thing for us. Have tried receiver reset which worked for a few minutes then same problem occurred. Cannot seem to trigger manual guide update by moving forward in guide as usual. Hopefully they are aware and working on this. 

  • My 9400 Guide times are off by an hour. You can do a guide flush, helps for a bit but happens again. Plus I am still having issues with if you are on the guide and select a channel it takes you to the timer page pops up you have to manually exit the guide and select/enter the channel you want to watch

Same issue here. 9400 the guide is ahead by an hour.  Also have a 6131, but it is fine.  Only the 9400 has the issue. Tried resetting, unplugging and syncing it.
