Last Wednesday I called Bell customer service and placed an order to have satellite tv installed today, March 7th. That was all fine and dandy. Today, I decided to call Bell to ask when the technician was estimated to arrive, and I was told that my service was cancelled. I hadn’t received any notification of that, no email or phone call or anything. Hadn’t even gotten a call from a technician (as far as I was aware). I know of an appointment manager tool but I think because I’m in AB I can’t access it, fine, no big deal.
Anyway, I tried to ask why the service was canceled but did not get a straight answer. Pretty frustrating. The service ended up having to be re-ordered and rescheduled and I got a new order number and everything and hopefully they’ll actually complete the installation this time…
has this happened to anyone else before? Also, is there a way I can keep track of my installation appointment, or is that not available in Alberta?

There are many situations that an order may be cancelled, but that is something we'd need to take a deeper look into. We'd like to take a closer look and have sent you a private message.
Unfortunately at this time the Manage your Appointment service is not available for Satellite orders, so any inquiries would need to be done through customer service.
