Set the Favorites list to remain permanently

Hi

  I have created a favorite channel list and chose that but when I start the TV it goes back to all channels How you set the favorite channel as default guide so it remains permanently

@WelshTerrier is correct. When you tune into a channel that is not on your Favorites list, you will be returned to the All Channels list. 

At that time you will see a message briefly appear on your screen indicating that you have been returned to the All channels list.

To easily switch back to your Favorites list simply tune into a live channel and hit the right arrow button. The 'view menu' will then appear allowing you to select your Favorites lists.

I have the basic bell tv package. To avoid going through all channels, i created a favourite list anf only included the channels we pay for. This works great on the tv. However i have the app on my tablet and created a favourite list and when i start the app it shows only the channels i selected to my favourites. Bang after 3 or 4 years it stopped showing my favourite list and shows all channels even ones i am not subscribed to. How do i get the app to only show my favourites? When i check it shows the correct number of channels in my fav list but shows ALL channels when i try too see what programs are on.

The list is gone on Samsung Tablet. It does work on cell phone and i only see my favorites. Same with the tv and the vibe box.

On the tablet i see all stations. My favourites show with a heart as i scroll past them.
