Why are recordings not available to PLAY immediately after recording ends. There is always a message stating the recording will be available to play after XXX minutes.

Good Day & Welcome.
Thank you for your question.
We do not have access to your account and equipment records. We would like to help you but cannot do so with the limited information you have provided. Please tell us more.
- Which Bell TV service do you subscribe? Fibe TV, Fibe TV App or Satellite TV.
- Please tell us more about the equipment you are using. E.g. Modem, receivers, Bell Streamer, Firestick, Computer, Application, etc.
- Have you checked out any of the support articles for the equipment you are using? Tutorials?
- Are you using a VPN?
- If you subscribe to Fibe TV and are using the Fibe TV app you can have unlimited devices registered while connected to your home Bell Wi-Fi. When not connected to your Home Bell Wi-Fi you can have five devices registered.
- If you are subscribed to the Fibe TV app service (also included with Satellite) when connected to your home Bell Wi-Fi, you can have unlimited devices registered while connected to your home Bell Wi-Fi. When not connected to your Home Wi-Fi you can have five devices registered.
When streaming Fibe TV and the Fibe TV app using a Wi-Fi network other than your home network, please note these limits:
- Fibe TV: Up to three devices can stream, but only one can watch live TV at any given moment.
- Fibe TV App: A maximum of two devices can stream simultaneously; however, only one can watch live television.
Only one of you can watch live programming when one of you is trying to access the Fibe TV app at home & the other user is not connected to your home Bell Wi-Fi.
I have included the following web link that will provide you with any further details you may require.

Thank you. The link to "Navigating and managing recordings with the Fibe TV app", was the answer.
- A recording in progress can only be watched 30 minutes after its completion.

Actually I need to interject with an update. I can now play recordings without having to wait the aforementioned time frame.!!! This was cleared up when I resolved another issue about not being able to watch the Detroit channels.
