What type of service you have and what your box too. Have you restarted and did a hard reboot . And is there an error code . Need more details . Have you called bell to see if there a problem on there end . Thank you for reaching out to the community . We will help as much as we can . I only know satalite . But there are others who will help .

Thank you for posting your question. In order to answer your question, can you please share some further information with us?
Which Bell TV service do you subscribe to? Fibe TV Fibe TV app or Satellite TV. Which model of Bell receiver are you using to record the Discovery Channel? Is this the only channel you are experiencing playback issues with?
Are you able to view the recording on the same device that you scheduled the recording on? Are you using a different device to view your recording on, (Bell Streamer, Firestick, etc.), using the Fibe TV app?
Do you subscribe to Bell Satellite TV? If so, recordings are now being managed separately on the Fibe TV app & on your satellite PVR. You can no longer record on one and watch on the other & vice versa. You are still able to record & playback on the Fibe TV app. Recording on your satellite PVR receiver are no longer accessible on the Fibe TV app. & vice versa with your satellite PVR. You'll just need to manage them through your PVR and the Fibe TV app separately. For more info on the Fibe TV app, please visit: Stream Content with Fibe TV App
