I received the big upgrade today and now my CC no longer work. I have gone into settings and made sure they were turned on. I also pressed the OK key on my remote and made sure that they were on from there. I went in and changed the settings for the CC hoping that would reset it but that didn't work. At one point earlier today they worked. Then I watched a recorded program and couldn't get them back on. Any idea on how to get them working again? I have fibe tv. oh yeah, I also rebooted the TV set box. TIA

Hi there @Gmarmy
Did you perform a factory reset of the receiver? If not, this can be done by pressing the small button on the side of the receiver and a menu will pop up on your television. From there, you will select "Factory Reset" and follow the prompts.

The new update has been completed and it is not good Programming is still poor.
You might update channels which are Available with a small icon so we know what we can watch and what has to be subscribed to (paid extra for) or maybe set up a separate watch list for immediately available channels.
Can you make the font on the guide any smaller??? Oh, and will you remove all of the colour and maybe make the clicking louder? Why remove the photo portfolio when tv is turned on, that was the best you had. Might be an idea to review changes with customers beforehand. It may save us all money and aggravation
