What is the Bell Streamer for?

I got FibeTV earlier this year and I don’t have a smart TV. Does the Bell Streamer have the FibeTV app? Or can I add the app to it?

Thanks!

Good Day.

The Bell Streamer is a Bell-operated Android TV device that includes all of the benefits & more that are included in the Fibe TV app. It can be used in lieu of the Fibe TV app & is connected to the HDMI port of one of your televisions. It lets you watch and enjoy your favourite content on the big screen. To enjoy your Bell Streamer, you’ll need a Google account. If you have one, sign in with your Gmail or email address that’s associated with Google. If you don’t, you can sign up with Google

Key Bell Streamer features:

  • Watch live TV (exclusive to Bell TV) and on-demand content.
  • See what’s trending and easily search for shows
  • Pause and rewind live TV (exclusive to Bell TV).
  • Find content across all your favourite apps with the Google Assistant.
  • Seamlessly navigate your Bell Streamer and other Google Assistant devices with the Google Voice remote.
  • Download and install over 5000 apps from the Google Play store.
  • Chromecast is built-in so you can cast content instantly from your mobile device.

I have included the following two web links that will answer the majority of your question

Take care.
