Why does the picture with Bell Fibe TV keeping going to a white screen every time I turn the tv on?
It does this on every tv with the cable box, it’s not a tv issue.
I can see the picture for a few seconds after turning on and then it goes to white with only audio. With the white screen, I can’t change the channel or access the menu.
If I unplug the router and cable box, I’m then able to watch tv / the white screen doesn’t appear. However if I turn the tv off and on again after that, the white screen returns.
Any help would be appreciated!

Hey there @LuvSummer,
Welcome to the Bell Community 🙂
Does this happen on a certain channel/show or while you are watching a specific recording?
How is the 2502 connected to your modem (via Wi-Fi or Ethernet)? Do you have any third party equipment plugged in between the receiver and your TV set?
You can troubleshoot further by checking all of the wires to ensure they are secure and clean/undamaged. Unplug your HDMI cords and plug them back in as well as try different HDMI ports on your TV (if available).
Let the Community know if you need any more help.

For the last two days whenever I turn on my tvs (either one) as I have two and I am on 1204 CITYTV or 1205 CBC I get the picture for a second and the. A white screen. I have rebooted the modem the receiver the router and nothing is working. I hear the channel but can’t watch it. I would appreciate some assistance from Bell as this is getting ridiculous

Hi there @Kelb,
Thank you for reaching out to the Bell Community 🙂
The Community wants to help, we just need a bit more information.
What type of TV receivers and modem do you have?
Are your receivers connected to your modem via Wi-Fi, or directly with an Ethernet cable?
When this happens are you able to change the channel, or do you need to reboot everything in order to restore the service?
We hope to hear from you soon.

You ask for more details and what show it is . The show doesn’t matter the problem occurs on any channel . You turn on the system and a few seconds later you can hear the audio but the screen is white . There are no more details to give the only fix I have found is unplugging the receiver and waiting 10 seconds but going through a reboot is a pain
