Just signed up for Bell Fibe TV. Disappointed in the skimpy information provided in the guide. (half of what is there is often cut off). Also shocked that Stingray TV displays no information?! No artist, no title, nothing but black screen! For a music lover this is akin to an IT person working with dial-up.
I suggest reviewing Xfinity TV and duplicating their system. Terrific guide with year, cast, plot description, and even photos of cast and crew with even more information. The music guide also provides all this info about the artist. Including some interesting trivia about each.

I was trying to find this also. I called support - this is not available on Bell Fib TV. You just get a black screen. Not great for Cogeco users who were used to this.

It's just how these channels work on Bell. https://forum.bell.ca/t5/TV/Why-is-the-online-guide-so-bad-And-why-is-there-no-info-included/m-p/550...

Before switching over to Bell fibe I had satellite service with Shaw, and they provided the on screen info for both artist and song being played. Don't understand that a company the size of Bell cannot figure this out😒

It's probably because there's no urge. Rogers and Shaw are expensive, especially when you have a standalone satellite TV service. With better Internet, that's how Bell stays competitive.

I believe Stingray music shows up in the Fibe TV app itself and not as a separate app. If you are using the Fibe streamer, Stingray is not available.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Stingray Music app on Fibe TV
Press Apps on your remote control & scroll to Stingray Music. Scroll to Genre. Scroll and select a station.
I have included the following web link as an example only using a Bluetooth Slim remote control.
How to listen to music with the Stingray Music app on Fibe TV (bell.ca)
Enjoy.
