There’s an “App” button on the remote for older boxes. Otherwise you need to try Google Play Store if if’s not pre-installed. It is said the Store will crash if some video starts to play.

@AlexS is correct. Prime Video is available on the 4K HDPVR and on the Fibe TV Box by hitting the "app" button or by going to the Google Play Store. For additional information check out Prime Video on Fibe TV
