"Funds not available" message when trying to rent On Demand?

Why is this saying funds not available when I try to rent on demand???

Billing issues such as this, cannot be resolved on the Bell community forum. We do not have access to your account & equipment details on this website. In order to assist you further. We would need for you to provide us with some further details.

  1. Which TV Bell TV Service do you subscribe?
  2. How are you trying to access on demand rentals? Receiver, device such as tablet, mobile phone
  3. Are you using the Fibe TV App? Streamer, other device, etc.
  4. Do you have a credit limit?
  5. Have you locked out purchases in Parental controls? Rental locking
