Thank you for your question. There are a number of possibilities. The most probable is that you are in a blackout zone for Senators games. Those decisions are made by the NHL and not Bell.

Hey there @Atetrack,
Welcome to the Bell Community, and thanks for reaching out.
@dks is right, you may unable to watch the game if you're not in the Ottawa Senators region.
Does a message pop up on your screen when you try to watch the game?
Viewers in the Ottawa Senators region can catch games on right on TSN. For a bit more information about which networks broadcast hockey games check out our website: Which networks broadcast hockey games on Bell TV
The Community is here for you if you have any other questions.

Channel 1404, on my guide at least, is TSN4. This is not the channel that would broadcast regional Ottawa Senators Games.
TSN5 is the only TSN regional channel that is authorized to broadcast Sens game on nights where they're not handled by Sportsnet.
There is a game on tonight at 7pm.

I live in Rural Ottawa.
TSN 5 shows blackout for Ottawa Senators games. It’s ok on Sportsnet.
I’ve seen that my IP address may suggest I’m out side the broadcast region.
how do I fix this?
it works on my iPad. Same internet. It won’t cast to tv.
Xplore internet.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum
NHL TV blackouts depend on which networks have the rights to air the game. In some cases, a game won’t be available to be viewed on local channels but will be available on regional or national channels. Other times it will be exclusively available on a specific specialty channel.
Local blackout rules for Montreal and Toronto NHL games have been in force since the mid 1950’s. Blackouts and game viewing rules are a condition imposed by the NHL as part of their contract with broadcasters.
Your complaint should be redirected to the NHL and to the team owners who have ordered the blackouts.
