Frequently Asked Questions
- What is an eSIM?
- An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM that allows you to activate a mobile plan from a carrier without having to use a physical SIM card. It is built directly into your device.
- How do I find my phone's IMEI2 number?
- You can usually find your IMEI2 number by dialing *#06# on your phone, or by looking in your phone's 'About' or 'Status' settings. The IMEI2 is specifically for the second SIM slot, which is used by the eSIM.
- Will transferring my service to a new SIM or eSIM affect my phone number or plan?
- No. This process only moves your existing service, including your phone number and current plan, to a new SIM or eSIM. Nothing about your plan or number will change.
