we are now on the third evening of no cell signal in the community of Sandfield Ontario on Manitoulin Island. There has been no communication from Bell Canada, Bell mobility or their affiliates or whatever the state the condition of any crew that is coming to rectify this issue. It is extremely difficult to find any support to report this problem. not able to receive phone calls or let alone call out, especially in cases of business or a personal issues is absolutely Ludacris. Can someone from Bell Canada or Bell mobility or whoever reach out to the community and let us know if you’re on your way to fix this otherwise we’ll find another provider that has no issue with signals out here.

it is troubling to witness a communication corporation giant such as Bell Canada not having an easier way to reach you due to outages - let alone having reliable systems in place when systems fail. The link to search for outages isn’t up to date.
