Good Day & Welcome

This can be a result of a few different things, however the majority of the time it's simply due to your phone randomly disconnecting from the network.

Have you tried to restart your phone? It sounds simple but sometimes turning your phone off and on is all you need for a fresh connection to the network. Make sure your phone is on the most up-to-date operating system.

Verify these basic settings on your device:

  • Turn airplane mode on and then off.
  • Turn Wi-Fi off to ensure you're testing the mobile network.
  • Make sure mobile data connectivity is enabled.
  • Check that your network mode is set to automatic.
  • Confirm you have network coverage in your current location.
  • Ensure you haven’t used all of your monthly data or exceeded your maximum speed data limit.

If none of these steps' work, you may need to get a little more technical. These steps can vary depending on your phone model.

Are you in a location where you might be able to have access to a Wi-Fi network? If you can obtain a mobile signal from within your location and or a nearby location & you have access to a Wi-Fi network, you may be able activate Wi-Fi calling on your mobile device.

Take care.
